Most coffee beans are harvested by hand and processed by traditional methods of small farmers who avoid the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Our Ethiopia is processed by a washed method.

Farmers can manually harvest ripe cherries and supply them to the washing stations, where they are carefully sorted and dried on elevated beds. Drying lasts approximately 18 days.
