You are just looking at the collection of three grinders and three kinds of pepper, which will unlock the door to a brand new world taste and smells.

We chose the color of the grinders so that you always know immediately what one to reach if you need to crush black, red or white Kampot pepper.

Our natural grinders are designed to become a decoration of your kitchen. Their shape was designed to fit perfectly into each hand and not slip into it. The head is pleasant to the grip and gives the perfect response from the grinding mechanism that hides inside the grinder. Create an uncompromising set with which you can push every grain of pepper and every salt crystal. You can also order a rack under the grinders made of premium walnut wood.

This set also includes three basic Package Individual types of campaign pepper, ie black, red and white. They differ from each other with their taste and smell that you can hardly find in pepper purchased in conventional supermarkets.

Black pepper After grounding, it releases the tones of eucalyptus, coffee and thyme accompanied by the aroma of lime bark. They gradually spill into the seaside aroma with developing fruit tones. The aroma of peach and nectarine is dominant, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain land full of minerals.

Rare red pepper It is an explosion of fruit tones with a finer burrow. At first, the tones of rose and rosehip fetus dominate, which subsequently pass into dried cherries. After two to three minutes they begin to develop a more characteristic fragrance for Kampot Pepper, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper It is a gentle but still peppery caress buds. After its ground, the smell of coffee, sage and cedar wood, accompanied by a fine aroma of nutmeg, grapefruit and other citrus, will develop. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can feel the nuts of nutmeg, the flower of thyme and lemon balm supported by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

This mechanism can do pepper grains or salt evenly in the 14 degrees of roughness. The whole patented mechanism applies 25 years warranty, which makes you sure this grinder will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of grinding in pepper, you influence its taste profile. 

The smaller the fragments, the sharper taste of pepper will be. On the other hand, larger fragments will pass the food more of the specific exotic tones of the camppot pepper.

When filling the grinder never Do not use bare hands, but pour the restless balls into the chamber straight from the packaging and help with a spoon or funnel. At the same time do not forget your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical products. Just a cloth, brush and drop of olive oil. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and carefully with its operation also above the steam.

Materials

All three grinders are made of selected natural wood.

Specifically, black -brown ash, brown walnut and light oak. Each grinder has a unique wood drawing and a special finish that all lasts for decades for decades.
