Contest Terms and Conditions “Win an iPhone 16”

Contest Duration:

The contest takes place during the “Night Shopping” event on August 29, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM.

Prize:

An iPhone 16, which will be officially launched in September 2024. The exact value of the prize will be determined after the product is launched, with the expected value exceeding 10,000 CZK.

How to Play:

1. Visit our online store at kampotskypepr.cz/lepoivredekampot.fr/kampotskekorenie.sk or pepperfield.cz/pepperfield.fr/pepperfield.sk during the contest period, i.e., on August 29, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM.

2. Place an order with the highest possible financial value (price without VAT) during the specified period.

3. The winner will be the one who places the order with the highest total value. In case of a tie, the order received first will win.

Winner Announcement:

The winner will be announced by September 4, 2024, and will be contacted by phone or email. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of the announcement. The prize will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the official release of the iPhone 16 in the Czech market.

Participation Conditions:

1. Only individuals aged 18 years or older with permanent residence in the European Union may participate in the contest.

2. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to these terms and confirms that they meet all participation conditions.

3. Orders can be placed via online payment or cash on delivery. To participate in the contest, the order must be successfully delivered and picked up, and it must not be returned within the 14-day return period.

Organizer’s Rights:

1. The organizer reserves the right to change the contest conditions, duration, or to prematurely terminate the contest without giving any reason. Changes or termination may occur due to force majeure, technical problems, or low participation.

2. The organizer is not responsible for any technical problems related to data transmission by electronic means that may affect participation in the contest.

3. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate the contest rules, act contrary to good morals, or influence the contest process in any way.

Data Protection:

1. Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

2. By participating in the contest, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this contest. Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, correction or deletion of their data, and to restrict the processing of their personal data.

Legal Aspects:

1. The contest is not sponsored, supported, managed, or associated with Meta in any way.

2. The organizer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance of the prize.

3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the contest does not violate the rights of third parties, such as using someone else’s payment information.

Complaints and Disputes:

Any complaints or disputes regarding the contest can be sent via email to info@kampotskypepr.cz. The organizer commits to resolving all complaints and disputes as quickly as possible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

All legal relationships arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with this contest will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Final Provisions:

By participating in the contest, participants agree to these terms and commit to complying with them.

These terms are effective from August 29, 2024.
