The head is pleasant to grip and gives perfect feedback from the grinding mechanism hidden inside the grinder. This set also includes the three basic Package types of Kampot pepper – black, red, and white. They differ from each other in flavor and aroma, which you will hardly find in pepper purchased in ordinary supermarkets.

Black pepper After grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme accompanied by the scent of lime peels. These gradually evolve into a coastal aroma with emerging fruity tones. Dominant is the scent of peach and nectarine, accompanied by hints of pine and the earthy tones of mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Rare red pepper It is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. At first, the tones of rose and rosehip dominate, which later transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more distinctive aromas characteristic of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper It is a gentle yet still peppery caress for your taste buds. After grinding it, the aromas of camphor, sage, and cedar wood unfold, accompanied by a subtle fragrance of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in your mouth, you can detect hints of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm, underpinned by aromas of cedar and black tea.
