Ghee is a pure butter fat suitable for any type of cooking. It is simply a superfood – even for those allergic to lactose. Through clarifying, we remove the allergen from the butter, yet the taste and aroma remain even for those who would otherwise have to do without it.

Thanks to omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, it helps lubricate the nervous system and brain. Butyric acid, in turn, protects the intestines from inflammation and helps maintain a healthy insulin level in the body. Ghee also improves digestion and aids in weight loss – the energy of fatty acids supports the burning of fats while binding toxins and free radicals, which are then removed from the body.

Usage

After frying with ghee, it will hardly feel heavy for you. Quite the opposite.

We slowly and gently clarify fresh, high-quality butter, so that we achieve long shelf life and lose not a bit of flavor—the champion of butter. You can rely on it whether you fry, bake, boil, prepare a soup base, or let the ghee melt to add perfection even to ordinarily unremarkable potato dumplings.

We pack ghee into 340 ml jars. You don’t need to refrigerate ghee, and unopened it lasts up to 24 months. It has a high smoke point, so it doesn’t burn.
