We chose the color of the grinders so that you always immediately know which one to use when you need to grind black, red or white Kampot pepper into your dish.

Our natural grinders are designed to become a centerpiece in your kitchen. Their shape has been crafted to fit perfectly in every hand without slipping. The head is pleasant to grip and gives perfect feedback from the grinding mechanism hidden inside the grinder. Create an uncompromising set with which you can grind every peppercorn and every crystal of salt. You can also order a stand for the grinders made of premium walnut wood with the set.

This set also includes the three basic Package types of Kampot pepper – black, red, and white. They differ from each other in flavor and aroma, which you will hardly find in pepper purchased in ordinary supermarkets.

Black pepper After grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme accompanied by the scent of lime peels. These gradually evolve into a coastal aroma with emerging fruity tones. Dominant is the scent of peach and nectarine, accompanied by hints of pine and the earthy tones of mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Rare red pepper It is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder spiciness. At first, the tones of rose and rosehip dominate, which later transition into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, more distinctive aromas characteristic of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.

White pepper It is a gentle yet still peppery caress for your taste buds. After grinding it, the aromas of camphor, sage, and cedar wood unfold, accompanied by a subtle fragrance of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in your mouth, you can detect hints of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm, underpinned by aromas of cedar and black tea.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the grinder is the ceramic grinding mechanism CrushGrind®

This mechanism is capable of grinding peppercorns or salt evenly right in 14 levels of coarseness. The entire patented mechanism is covered by 25-year warranty, thanks to which you can be sure that this Grinder something will last.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. On the contrary, larger fragments will impart more of the distinct exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but instead pour the uncooperative little balls directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget your Grinder to clean regularlyHowever, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep Grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully above the steam.

All three mills are made of selected natural wood.

Specifically, from Černošský ash, brown walnut, and light oak. Every Grinder has a unique wood grain and a special surface finish, thanks to which each one will last for many decades.
