Our bestseller in a gorgeous dark design is back!
We listened to your requests and have brought back into our offer a unique Czech Grinder, which will last for generations. Exquisite, careful, slow craftsmanship turns every piece into a unique original. Grinder measures 25 cm and its body conceals, as you are accustomed to, the patented CrushGrind® grinding mechanism. The rings of the body and the mill head dovetail perfectly. Each Grinder features a different wood grain, shade, and wrinkles – you will never find an identical piece anywhere. Czech handmade production is made from two pieces of premium American walnut.
Indestructible. Even so, call our walnut Czech Grinder, which we had in stock for only a short while in limited numbers. However, thanks to your satisfaction, we have brought it back, this time as part of a gorgeous gift set, which is the largest of our single mill sets, and in a stunning moiré wood finish.
The set is ideal for anyone who truly takes Kampot m pepper seriously, whether they are just beginning to cook or their kitchen is their natural territory. The pepper supply lasts at least a full year and the Grinder comes with a 25-year warranty on the mechanism, which we proudly call multi-generational.
Included in Package is a brochure titled 'The Story of the World’s Best Peppers' with certificates of authenticity and information about Kampot pepper.
Kampot pepper
The set includes three 70g vials containing the basic types of Kampot pepper, namely black, red, and white. The individual varieties differ in flavor and aroma – qualities that are hard to find in pepper purchased from ordinary supermarkets.
After grinding, black pepper releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the aroma of lime peels. These gradually develop into a seaside scent with emerging fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, complemented by hints of pine and the earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.
Rare red pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with a subtler heat. At first, tones of rose and rosehip dominate, which then transition into dried cherry nuances. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried mandarins, and an earthier crust reminiscent of sourdough bread.
White pepper is a gentle yet consistently peppery caress for your taste buds. After grinding, it unfolds aromas of camphor, sage, and cedar wood, accompanied by a subtle fragrance of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes, you can detect notes of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.
